Anime Club
We are the official Anime and Manga club at Emily Carr University of Art and Design, a small club that investigates the artistic process behind producing anime/manga. We also screen anime and hold fun (sometimes unhinged) otaku events! Our mission: Create a safe space by artists, for artists to share their passion!

Mahjong
Mahjong Club is an all-inclusive, beginner friendly club for those who are interested in learning or playing Taiwanese mahjong! Mahjong is a fairly simple game and Jenny has put together a mahjong sheet where most of the rules are explained in one go. Jenny (who learned Taiwanese Mahjong from their Taiwanese father) leads the club every week, on alternating days based on everyone's availability.
Outdoor Club
A student-led outdoor club at Emily Carr University that creates space for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals to connect with nature through group hikes, camping trips, and creative explorations. Centered on inclusivity accessibility, and empowerment, the club challenges traditional outdoor culture by prioritizing safety, representation, and joy in the wilderness.

ETCETERA!!
We're a radical crew of creative queers looking for like-minded creatures who want to make conversation-starting, controversial, or otherwise kickass expressive art, design, photography and more: Identity, body positivity, kink, mature education, disability, intimacy, queer love, self love, consent, sensuality, and self representation from people and bodies
that don't get to be seen on white walls.
Open hatred and prejudice towards queer self expression is on the rise at ECUAD, and together we stand against it.
Together we’ll collaborate, share and promote each other's work, publish zines, and raise each other up for our first ever group exhibition.
